Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you access our website or engage Safiq & Co Pty Ltd for our services.
Welcome to Safiq & Co Pty Ltd ("SAFIQ & CO", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
1.About Our Services
Safiq & Co provides services including asbestos removal, asbestos pickup, asbestos clean-up, demolition(strip-out) services, subject to the scope of work agreed with the customer.
The availability and scope of services may vary depending on the project location, site conditions, applicable regulations, and other project requirements.
2.Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided by SAFIQ & CO are based on the information available to us at the time of assessment. Where applicable, we may need to inspect the site before providing a final quotation.
A quotation may be subject to change where additional work, unexpected site conditions, changes requested by the customer, or other circumstances affect the original scope of work.
A quote does not constitute acceptance of a project until the relevant scope of work, pricing, and other applicable conditions have been agreed between Safiq & Co and the customer.
3.Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the requested services.
Customers must provide Safiq & Co with reasonable access to the site and notify us of any known hazards, restrictions, access requirements, or other conditions that may affect the work.
Customers must not provide misleading or incomplete information about the property, site conditions, materials, or requested works.
4.Asbestos-Related Work
Asbestos-related work requires appropriate care and must be undertaken in accordance with applicable Australian laws, regulations, codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Where asbestos or suspected asbestos is identified, the scope of work may need to be reviewed before work can proceed.
Safiq & Co may suspend, change, or decline work where site conditions present a safety concern or where additional assessment, documentation, controls, or approvals are required.
Customers must not disturb, remove, conceal, or otherwise interfere with suspected asbestos-containing materials unless appropriately authorised and permitted to do so.
5.Demolition(strip-Out) Services
Demolition(strip-out) works are subject to the agreed scope of work and the conditions of the site.
Where unexpected materials, structures, hazards, services, or other site conditions are discovered, additional work may be required. Such work may be subject to additional costs and customer approval where applicable.
6.Site Access and Conditions
Customers must ensure that Safiq & Co has reasonable and safe access to the work site at the agreed time.
Delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, unavailable areas, undisclosed hazards, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the scheduled work and agreed pricing.
7.Changes to the Scope of Work
Any changes to the agreed scope of work may require a revised quotation or written confirmation before additional work is undertaken.
Additional work requested by the customer, or work required due to conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before the quotation, may incur additional charges.
8.Payment
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement between Safiq & Co and the customer.
Customers are responsible for making payments by the agreed due date.
9.Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling of services may be subject to the terms stated in the applicable quotation, service agreement, or other written arrangement.
Where cancellation or rescheduling results in costs being incurred by Safiq & Co, applicable charges may apply.
10.Safety
Safiq & Co places safety at the centre of its approach to asbestos-related, demolition, strip-out, and clean-up work.
We may stop or postpone work where we reasonably consider that continuing would create an unacceptable safety risk or where required safety controls or information are not available.
